Epic Vegan Chocolate Mousse - Recipe

ingredients:

  • 330 g firm silken tofu

  • 100 g dark chocolate (preferably 70% and sweetened with dates, erythritol or stevia)

  • 50 ml oat milk

  • 10 g coconut blossom sugar

  • 1/3 tsp powdered stevia extract (should have the equivalent sweetness to 30 g sugar)

  • 2-3 pinches salt

  • 2 tsp liquid bourbon vanilla excract

  • 2-3 tsp cacao nibs

how to:

  • gently melt chocolate in heated oat milk

  • add all other ingredients and blend thoroughly

  • portion into several small dessert bowls

  • refrigerate for 2-3 hours or over night (the texture gets better the longer it's refrigerated)

  • sprinkle with cacao nibs before serving ...

    ... and then - enter chocolate heaven!🩷
