Classic Sourdough Brownies - Recipe
ingredients:
60 g sourdough starter + 120 ml lukewarm water + 100 g fine spelt flour
50 g fine spelt flour extra
90 g erythritol
70 g coconut blossom sugar
40 g raw cocoa powder
1 tsp instant coffee granules (enhances the chocolate flavour)
120 ml olive oil
3 eggs
2 tsp bourbon vanilla
fleur de sel (sea salt flakes)
how to:
mix soursdough starter with water and flour & let it ferment for 2-3 hours
stirr in the extra 50 g of spelt flour
add all other ingredients (except fleur de sel) and blend with a hand mixer
pour batter into a greased square glass baking dish
carefully sprinkle with a few pinches of fleur de sel
bake at 160°C for 30 minutes
